Privacy Policy

1. What we store

Account details, coaching content, messages, progress data and payment records needed to run the service. Card numbers never touch our servers — payment is handled by Stripe.

2. Who owns client data

The coach owns their clients’ data; TWINFIT processes it on the coach’s behalf. Anyone can delete their own account from inside the app or from the Delete account page on this website.

3. Export and erasure

Deleting an account removes the login immediately. The coaching data is permanently erased 30 days later, and until then the coach can export it. Payment records stay with the business that took the payment, in its own Stripe account.
