Terms of Service

1. The service

TWINFIT Coach provides software for coaches to deliver training, nutrition and communication to their clients. The coach is the merchant of record for their own client payments.

2. Accounts and billing

Coaches subscribe to a monthly or annual tier. The 14-day trial requires a card on file and is charged when it ends unless cancelled first. Client payments are processed through the coach’s own Stripe account with a platform fee taken at source on applicable tiers.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of other tenants, no attempts to access data outside your own organisation.
